Self-tying was my introduction to rope bondage, and I began exploring it as a way to manage anxiety, reconnect with my body, and ease daily stress.
I was surprised by the mindfulness and calm that emerged from the practice-focusing on the rope and my breath brought me into the present moment, helping to quiet my mind and reduce tension.
The sensations of the rope often felt grounding, almost like a gentle embrace, and offered a unique sense of comfort and control. Practicing on myself first gave me confidence, a better understanding of safety, of tension, patterns, and technique.
This workshop offers a supportive space to start your own practice. Whether you’re interested in self-tying for personal exploration or want to build confidence before tying with others, you’ll find opportunities to develop your skills, connect with your body, and experience the unique mindfulness that rope can bring.
Join me in this class, and let's explore together all the different benefits that a self-tying rope bondage practice can offer.
