The following Terms & Conditions apply to all events organized by Iridescent Studio.

By buying, allocating or posessing a ticket to one of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions

Tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits or any other benefits, nor can tickets be forwarded to another future event.
In case of having a waiting list, we can put you in contact with someone for you to resell your ticket.

Refund Policy

Door closing policy

The door to the event closes 10 minutes before the given event starts (unless noted differently in the provided information per email & event description).
After this time has passed, no entry wil be granted.

Tickets Policy

Iridescent Studio is a queer organisation, and, in our events, we do not tolerate toxic masculinity, racism, discrimination, sexism, homophobia or transphobia.
If any violation of this rule occurs, Iridescent Studio has the right to take the damaging party out of the event.

Iridescent Studio and any of its instructors, volunteers or other helpers provide the events to the best of their ability and with reasonable care. Please be aware that activities performed at Iridescent Studio can involve risk to physical or psychological personal injury.
You are responsible to ensure the materials you use in the event, whether provided by yourself or by Iridescent Studio, are safe and checked before using. By attending an event you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks involved. 

Unless in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct (opzet or bewuste roekeloosheid), or unless in case liability cannot be limited in accordance with applicable law, the liability of Iridescent Studio and its instructors, volunteers or other helpers for any damages is fully excluded. By attending an event you indemnify and fully hold harmless Iridescent Studio, its instructors, volunteers or other helpers for any damages, including but not limited to third party claims, directly or indirectly relating to your participation to such event.

Please note that if your skills do not meet the requirements for certain workshop exercises, our facilitator may ask you not to participate in those activities for safety reasons. It is your responsibility to ensure your skill level is suitable, and we encourage you to contact us in advance if you have any doubts or concerns.  During the entire event we do not allow the use of any mobile or electronic devices. Since we will be all over the studio, we do not allow pictures to be taken, unless it is agreed during the beginning of the event.
We have a changing room area, for you to keep your phone and valuables safe.

In some events like performances and exhibitions, we have a professional photographer creating content. If you do not wish to be on that material, please talk to us during the event. If you did not reach us then, please send us a mail and help us in how to identify you in the content. As standard we blur the faces of people in the background. Please do not hesitate in reaching us out.

Safety, Privacy and Inclusivity

  • If the event stated on your ticket is cancelled, Iridescent Studio will provide a voucher to attend a future event of the same cost.

  • Kindly note that Weeztix is the sole authorised source for purchasing tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. Iridescent Studio has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

  • Event tickets delivered are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

  • Iridescent Studio has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Iridescent Studio will be deemed final (i.e., the ticket issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

  • If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of our venue, due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

  • By purchasing the event tickets, you confirm that you/the attendee(s) are 18 years or older. If you are below the age of 18 years, you will not be granted entry to the event. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.

  • All our events and workshops are teach or host in English.

  • At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to be able to show the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

  • By purchasing an event ticket or tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Iridescent Studio to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification purposes.

  • Iridescent Studio does not take any responsibility to personal/physical/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

  • Please note that you purchase tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction.

  • Please note that Iridescent Studio reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on this website.

  • In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

Studio Rental

Confirmation and Cancellation

1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. A studio rental agreement is concluded once Iridescent Studio has confirmed the booking in writing (including by email).
1.2. Upon confirmation, the agreement becomes binding, subject to the provisions on the right of withdrawal set out below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
2.1. If the client is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession (consumer), and the booking is made online or at a distance, the client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of confirmation, without stating reasons.
2.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • the rental period is scheduled to take place within the 14-day withdrawal period, and

  • the client has expressly requested performance within this period and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. After the applicable withdrawal period has expired, cancellation is subject to the following fees:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the rental date: 50% of the total rental fee is due.

  • Cancellation within 7 days prior to the rental date: 100% of the total rental fee is due.

3.2. If the client cancels more than 48 hours after confirmation, the booking is no longer eligible for free cancellation.

4. Business Clients (B2B)
4.1. If the client acts in the course of a trade, business or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
4.2. All bookings are binding upon confirmation, and the cancellation fees as stated in Article 3 apply in full.

5. Payment Obligation
5.1. By confirming the booking, the client agrees to the payment obligations as set out in this article.
5.2. Iridescent Studio reserves the right to issue invoices for the applicable cancellation fees.

We do not negotiate any of the terms under any circumstances.
